World Domination Society is the home of the art, animation, and musings of r. Brad Yarhouse.

My mission is to create opportunities for new thoughts, to orchestrate the potential for wonder, and to acknowledge the mysteries that we are surrounded by and that swim through us unknowingly.

Brad Yarhouse’s most recent animation The Box was selected as part of  a showcase of the Best of ASIFA by President Nelson Shin of ASIFA Korea for the Canlandiranlar Animators Festival in Istanbul Turkey. In 2011, his film Wet Dreams placed 2nd at the 11th Moving Media Festival at Wayne State University. Beyond Freedom, a documentary that he worked on with Trigger Fish in South Africa, was nominated for best short of the year at the 2006 Berlin Film Festival.

In 2010 he presented a paper on William Kentridge at the Avanca Cinema Conference in Portugal In  2012 his paper: Animation in the street: The seductive silence of Blu was presented at the Society of Animation Studies conference in Melbourne Australia.  The paper will be published by the peer reviewed journal, Animation Studies in 2013. He teaches digital media at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
